WHY didn't anyone tell me such a thing as "Monster Allergy" existed?! I would have been all over that AS IT HIT THE STATES, not now, over a year after the fact! Gaaaah!! I love it~

Okay, now that that little outburst's over, let me explain what's going on here. That is NOT Zick and Elena. No no, that's Part and Hana taking the place of Zick and Elena, dressed in their clothing and...yeah. Part is Zick because they are bothallergic to the world, and Hana, by taking the place of Elena, gets to be with Zick/Part at all times. Of course, unlike Elena, who has a profound interest in monsters, Hana digs Part's allergies.

So, it is a twist on the title - Elena's in it for the Monster, Hana's in it for the Allergy.

Me? I'm in it for both :D

Monster Allergy (c) Rainbow S.p.A., Buena Vista Comics

Hana and Part are the creations of my deranged little mind.

Prismacolor pencil, various black pens (including Copic multiliner), Copic and Neopiko marker, Gelly Roll Gold pen. April 6, 2008.

There were cats, yes. The comic's a few years old, but the TV show didn't make it to the US until 2006.

What don't you like about the background? I had a lot of fun doing it, and think it looks pretty neat, so I'd really like to know.

A I have never seen the TV show, maybe it haven’t come to Norway. Because I watch Disney channel, and all that channels really often xD
I love Kuzco and Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends. And many more^^

I think that the background is nice, but it takes some of the focus in the drawing...

Foster's is awesome...and some of the younger campers were making all sorts of Kuzco-related jokes regarding one counselor.

Anyway, you were right. I was getting dizzy looking at it, so I desaturated it a bit - do you think it improves the focus?

Aah, a Wilt fan :D I have an attachment to Berry, but my favorite character in that show is Mac (the boy).

Glad you approve ^^; I couldn't think of much else to do with it! To be honest, the need for the de-saturated background didn't present itself until after I'd scanned it in. Thank you for pointing it out!!

I really like your drawing. I hope Hana has another hair style though. (-.-,)

My birthday in this account is so wrong so I made a new account.
Just treat this account as if it doesn't exist.

Here's my new account:

Hm? Do you think her hair looks too much like Lay's? I designed her over a year ago, and the only thing that's changed is the way I draw her bangs. The red color is symbolic, in a way.

While you may think there's a Lay influence in there, keep in mind that until a few weeks ago, I had no clue what MA was!! So honestly I think this is all a very strange coincidence

Non-MA style Hana: [link] (I've since changed my drawing style...I should get on a new version)
