This was an exercise in my SA 112 class.
Step 1: Photocopy face
Step 2: Color an entire piece of 18 x 24 paper with charcoal
Step 3: Erase the portrait out of the paper
...and this is the finished product. Kind of fun, and a little creepy!!

wow that gives off an interesting effect. it must make you aware of highlights instead of focusing on shading. charcoal is so messy and as fun as it is i swear ill never touch a piece again! lol
